FINASXPERTS is a digital profiling application to identify and manage data for Malaysian creative industry players. This application serves as the official medium for creative industry players to apply to facilitate career development through an integrated digital system.

Structure & Governance

  • The FINASXPERTS Approval Committee is chaired by the CEO of FINAS, with membership from FINAS, JPK, MBOT, academic institutions and industry representatives.
  • Applications are reviewed and approved within 3–7 business days after completion.

Registration Process

  • Users register an account and fill in complete information.
  • Applications are categorized (experienced/no experience, certificates, field, etc.).
  • Reviewed by the secretariat → evaluated by the Approval Committee.
  • Approval and issuance of FINASXPERTS digital recognition badge within 3–7 days.
